  • AMECLEAN AC (Cleaning Rubber) can effectively eliminate the pollutants and stains formed on the mold surface, through physical and chemical mechanism.
  • AMEWAX AW (Conditioning Wax) protects mold surface and provides releasing after cleaning.

What differential of AME CLEAN with AME WAX

AME CLEAN FEATURES

AME WAX FEATURES
  • Good releasing performance ensures trouble free production for sticky green, clear, white EMC.

Cleaning Procedure
  1. Place AMECLEAN on mold.
  2. Mold for 180~300 sec and remove cured rubber. Blow rubber with air gun for better releasing and reduce fume & smell.
  3. Repeat the process (3~8 shots) until mold cleaning is complete.
  4. Perform 1~3 shots of AMEWAX.
  5. Run dummy buyoff and check the appearance.
Packing and Shelf Life
  • Net weight 10kgs per carton box and the rubber sheets are sealed in a PE zipper bag.
  • Store the rubber sheets at 25°C or below and the shelf life is 12 months from manufacturing date.
Cautions
  • It is recommended to store in well ventilated place.
  • Care should be taken for skin not to direct contact with hot cured rubber sheet.
  • Avoid storage at temperature above 30°C.
